Applicants should have strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Being comfortable with sales tools and CRM software is also expected for daily operations.
Graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree are preferred and should be ready for an office-based work environment.

The primary responsibility is to engage with 65-70 pre-qualified leads daily, helping guide and enroll them into PlanetSpark’s programmes.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting video counseling sessions, handling objections, and pitching trial classes. Smooth onboarding of new clients is vital.
Success in this role is measured by revenue targets, and exceeding them results in recognition and career progression opportunities.
