Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Executive will oversee vendor management, float inquiries, negotiate pricing, evaluate supplier performance, and identify potential new vendors after audits.

Purchase order management will be a main task, as you’ll review, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and competitive pricing approvals from management.

Inventory oversight is also a part of the job, involving regular monitoring of inventory and collaborating closely with Production Planning & Inventory Control to avoid shortages or excesses.

The job involves frequent cross-functional work with Production, QA, Regulatory, and Packaging Development, ensuring packaging materials are top quality and compliant.

You’ll also be responsible for documentation, from record-keeping to contracts, always meeting audit and regulatory requirements.
