The Customer Service Representative international voice opening is a full-time, office-based role with rotational shifts. Salary is set as per market standards with added benefits like home transport. Minimum educational requirement is Intermediate, and graduates are welcome. Daily Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative in this technical support process, you will answer inbound calls from international customers. Your key focus will be helping clients solve technical issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Shift timings follow a rotational pattern, so you’ll need to be flexible. You must handle various tech-related queries and actively monitor call quality. There’s a structured interview process, including HR and technical rounds.
